Established in 2008 on the banks of the Gamka River, Gamka Safaris was founded by owner, outfitter and Professional Hunter Albert Swart. Built around fair-chase hunting, conservation through hunting and the protection of large natural areas, Gamka offers individually tailored hunting and safari experiences across South Africa and selected destinations elsewhere in Africa. From traditional Eastern Cape plains game and specialist driven Springbuck hunts to dangerous game, fishing and photographic safaris, each experience can be shaped around the client's individual ambitions.
