Hunting-lodge accommodation and, where necessary, accommodation near the airport

Professional Hunter, tracker, skinner and outfitter/guide
Basic field preparation and care of trophies
Safari transport, hunting vehicles and fuel
Applicable hunting permits and conservation/management fees

Trophy fees for animals not expressly included
Taxidermy; trophy dipping, packing, crating and shipping
Rifle and ammunition hire (available by prior arrangement at extra cost)
Costs relating to personally supplied firearms and ammunition
International and local flights
Travel and medical insurance
Personal expenses and gratuities
Extra activities or excursions outside the agreed itinerary
Government taxes, levies or fees not expressly included in the package price
CANCELLATION
If you are unable to keep your reservation once the hunt has been arranged, an alternative guest may be accepted in your place subject to prior notification and approval. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable.
WOUNDING POLICY
A wounded animal may be treated as taken where the Professional Hunter / guide determines that the animal has been wounded. This decision may be based on the animal's reaction to the shot, visible blood, or observation of the bullet or arrow strike. The final determination rests with the Professional Hunter / guide in accordance with the outfitter's policy and applicable local rules.
