The full fifteen-module curriculum on a living landscape: conservation and hunting, sustainable use, firearms and shot placement, tracking,

taxidermy, skinning, farm to fork, anti-poaching, community and the sea. One cull animal per guest, hunted and skinned. Four guests to a guide.

The Shape of the nine Days

Days 1–2 • Foundations Briefing; conservation & hunting; range work; bush walks.

Days 3–4 • The hunt Out with your PH · hunting, skinning, field preparation.

Day 5 • Custodianship Anti-poaching lecture, exercise, night observation post.

Day 6 • Community Makhanda child welfare; the Kowie bushman community.

Day 7 • The sea Deep sea charter; estuary conservation on the Kowie.

Day 8 • Big 5 Photographic reserve drive; the symbiosis discussed.

Day 9 • Departure 10:00 transfer; a course summary worth keeping.

  • Gun rental (£20 per day when using)

  • Ammunition (£2-4 per round depending on ammo)

CANCELLATION

If you are unable to keep your reservation once the hunt has been arranged, an alternative guest may be accepted in your place subject to prior notification and approval. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable.

WOUNDING POLICY

A wounded animal may be treated as taken where the Professional Hunter / guide determines that the animal has been wounded. This decision may be based on the animal's reaction to the shot, visible blood, or observation of the bullet or arrow strike. The final determination rests with the Professional Hunter / guide in accordance with the outfitter's policy and applicable local rules.
